Coach
Doug Stevenson
Volleyball indoor and beach player for over 30 years. Played organized, competitive men's volleyball as part of the Navy Mid-Atlantic regional team, and multiple years within USAV. Predominantly as an outside/opposite hitter and DS. Coached young ladies in volleyball for the past 6 years through club and school volleyball programs and currently coaching at Bishop Ireton High School. Along with coaching teams I routinely assist coaching clinics to help increase the skills for current volleyballers, and to expand the sport to newer members. I look forward to bringing my experience as a player and coach to our team providing a competitive, challenging program where the girls look forward to practice and competition.

Coach
Joe Crowder
I started playing volleyball in sixth grade and played for BRYC, Arlington Elite, and The St. James. We qualified for Boys Jr. Nationals every year I played. I also qualified for beach nationals when I played in high school and was invited to the National/A1/A2 open try out in Manhattan Beach, California.
I was recruited to play at a number of schools, but chose Marymount University where I set and played libero. I was a two-year captain for the team in my junior and senior years. My sophomore year, we advanced to the NCAA tournament and were consistently ranked in the top 20 teams nationally during my time with the team.
I’ve coached the Marymount summer camps every summer since my freshman year, as well as the Men’s Volleyball prospect camps. I served as a manager/statistical analyst for our Women’s volleyball team in the Fall of 2024 where the team won the Atlantic East Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA tournament.
Currently, I have spent some time practicing and playing with the DC Dynasty organization.
